Employment opportunities consist of positions for Floorhands, Derrick Personnel and Rig Operators. These positions are paid on an hourly basis, usually involve overtime and have starting wage rates based upon experience.
Employees are grouped into 4 person crews, consisting of a Rig Operator, Derrick Hand and two Floor Hands. The crew works on a rig which is supervised by a Tool Pusher.
Tool Pushers are salaried employees and supervise one or more rigs.
